Mobility work: Ball rolling for beginners.
I made this video to help patients who have never tried ball rolling before. I cover 2 major areas that can restrict hip and shoulder mobility. I will update with more videos in the future..and I’ll consider writing a script first to avoid saying things like “the bony part of the leg bone” :).
